As an Emmy nominated Toronto based director, shooter and editor over the last 20 years, Avi have successfully worked with clients such as Coke, Telus, Guess, Comcast SportsNet, Honda, and Toys R Us; creating, directing, shooting, editing and producing commercials, corporate videos, and television projects.

Barry Markowitz, ASC

Barry Markowitz was born in Brooklyn to survivors of the Holocaust. As a member of the ASC he has shot over 20 films, 4 of which have been nominated for Academy Awards including Sling Blade, directed by Billy Bob Thornton, The Apostle, directed by and starring Robert Duvall, Crazy Heart starring Jeff Bridges, and All The Pretty Horses starring Matt Damon, to name just a few. Over the last two years Barry has teamed up with the legendary director Rob Reiner, and has just completed his third film collaboration, LBJ with Woody Harrelson playing Lyndon Johnson to be released world-wide . He has also recently filmed Shock and Awe with Tommy Lee Jones and Woody Harrelson, coming soon… Barry has also shot hundreds of commercials nationally and internationally. In his spare time Barry enjoys giving out-of-towners wrong directions.

Justin Schoenrock

Justin Schoenrock is the Director of Creative Dynamic, where his core responsibilities include the development and cultivation of the company’s creative processes, from conception to delivery. An in-demand creative who has produced commercials, documentaries and films for well-known clients throughout the world.

Companies include, but are not limited to, NBC Sports Group, Maxim Magazine, Cointreau, Hennessy (REMY), Philippine Department of Tourism, MTV Networks (USA), Fuel TV (Australia) and Televisa (Mexico). With 6 Emmy wins, and a number of PromaxBDA statues for his broadcast work, Justin has the rare ability to envision the impossible, execute the unthinkable, and deliver with dynamic results.

Micha Dahan
Micha DahanCinematographer
Micha Dahan is a cinematographer whose work ranges from documentaries, television series, long/short form drama, commercials, music videos and art installations. Educated at Toronto’s Ryerson Polytechnic University, he spent his early years honing his technical skills as a camera assistant and lighting tech to some of Canada’s most celebrated DOPs.

A multi-faceted artist/technician, Micha embraces the various opportunities and challenges of shooting a wide variety of media. His feature film work includes Ed Gass-Donelly’s “This Beautiful City”​, George D’Amato’s “BLUR”​ (Winner! Best Film Noir 2016″ – Manhattan Film Festival), and Jeff Maher’s “Bed of the Dead.”​ He is currently filming Mayday with Cineflix. Recent documentary projects include ViceLand’s “Payday” and Frantic Films’ “Anything but Average” (CBC). Docu-dramas include “See No Evil”, “Mayday”, “Cold Blood”, “Urban Legends”, “Motives and Murders”, “Fear Thy Neighbor”,” Karma’s A Bitch”, “World’s Strangest”, “Fantastic Plastic Brain”, “Masterminds”, “Air Aces”, “Canned Ham”, “Faces of the Bible” and “Miracles Decoded”.

Micha is also a respected music video Director/DOP who has been twice nominated for Juno Awards. Clients include Warner Music, Universal Music, SRO-Anthem Records, Hollywood Records, Sony Music Canada and Coalition Entertainment. Artists include Big Wreck, The Sheepdogs, The Reason, Serena Ryder, Royal Wood, Breaking Benjamin, Our Lady Peace, I Mother Earth, Finger Eleven. Two interactive audio/video feedback installations have been part of Nuit Blanche. A third installation, “Cymatic Theremin” was featured at Nuit Blanche Toronto 2016.

Micha has conceived and built various mechanical devices to help realize his ideas. Among them are the Dynamic Rig (360° spinning camera rig), the Theremin Controlled Cymatic Display and the Analog Interactive Video-Feedback Generator.

Marco Lamera

Marco is a cinematographer and camera operator who has been working in the field for almost a decade between Europe and North America in Milan, London UK, Toronto, and Vancouver. He counts a wide variety of projects under his belt. Trained in the theory and technique of cinematic language at the University of Bergamo and in cinematography trade school in Milan, he has shot feature films, documentaries, corporate/commercial advertisements, and TV and web series. His passion and versatility combined with strong technical and creative skills have been applied to big name projects produced by Virgin, Adidas, and Bell as well as to a range of interesting projects in the independent film scene. He is also an experienced and skilled colourist, with the ability to participate in projects from pre- to post-production.

Rob McCallum

Rob McCallum is an award-winning filmmaker, documenting subjects like video games, heavy metal, fanboy fanatics, and more. His work has garnered press attention from NBC, CBS, CBC Radio•One, CTV, WIRED, /Film, Destructoid and has appeared in dozens of film festivals. Known for out-of-the-box thinking and fierce determination, McCallum has raised over $350,000 via multiple crowdfunding campaigns and contributes his opinions to various online blogs and sites.

His obsession with all things Jim Henson is hard to understand but most people forgive him for his deep love of Masters of the Universe and Ducktales.

Stephen Dranitsaris

Stephen Dranitsaris has been a Sound Recordist in the Greater Toronto area for the past 15 years. He developed his skills in recording studios, working on commercial and musical projects. Stephen made the jump to TV & Film and has never looked back. Stephen has worked on challenging and rewarding projects, from world travelling with The Amazing Race Canada to working in extreme environments on feature documentary series in Haiti, Africa, Israel/West Bank, Guatemala, The Philippines, etc.. He has also worked on nationally aired commercials for large corporate clients, in addition to competition-based shows, such as Big Brother Canada, Top Model and Top Chef. Stephen brings professionalism, a positive team attitude, great trouble shooting skills and top tier experience to the table.
